A career is an individual’s journey through learning, work and other aspects of life. There are a number of ways to define a career and the term is used in a variety of ways. Career is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as a person‘s “course or progress through life”, where this definition career is understood to relate to a range of aspects of an individual’s life, learning and work. Career is also frequently understood to relate to the working aspects of an individuals life. A third way in which the term career is used to describe an occupation or a profession that usually involves special training or formal education, and is considered to be a person’s lifework. In this way, the term “career” is broad in itself. Even though, we are approaching to simplify it as much as possible for general people for better understanding & shaping their life. This program is totally concern about an individual person’s career growth through analytical & motivational counseling & guidance. Generally, this program has two sites: career planning of an individual person before decision & career development after decision. Including both of them as well as for supporting them, we are conducting various types of activities. They are

• NICE Class: Here, NICE stands for National Initiatives for Co-operational Education. So, NICE Class is specially targeted for students from school level to university level.
• Career Express: This is a kind of information & communication tool for all the stakeholders related to career concern. It is branding as Magazine, Radio & TV etc program.
• NICE Club & Group: Here, NICE stands for National Initiatives for Career Education. So, NICE Club is specially targeted for career planning & Nice Group is specially targeted for career development.
• Career Counseling & Guidance: This is the individual based consultant, which includes abroad study as well as internship & OJT for the fresh graduates.

A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process or to act as a thing to be replicated or learned from. It is a term used in a variety of contexts, including semantics, design, electronics, and software programming. A prototype is designed to test and trial a new design to enhance precision by system analysts and users. Prototyping serves to provide specifications for a real, working system rather than a theoretical one. In this way, It emphasize on learning by doing rather than reading & reading as in our classical practices.  This program also includes two sites: Prototype development by the individual persons in one site & Prototype demonstration to the related stakeholders through various ways in another site. In initial phase, we are concerning in Educational PDDP. In coming days, we are concern in Commercial PDDP also. Anyway, The various activities under this program are as follows:

• Educational Class & Motivation: This is the initial activity of this program. It includes Science funday class, magical math class, paper art class etc classes for secondary level students & pre engineering class, pre medical class & pre management class etc classes for the higher secondary level students.
• Educational Practical & Exhibition: We are ready to facilitate the practical as requirement of the educational academy & students.
• Commercial Research & Development: This activity is based upon the research & development of the innovative product & services for the society through concerning the prototype generate from practical or known from exhibition.
• Technical & Vocational Training: This activity is launching to bridging the Educational & Commercial professionalism for the interested individual persons.

Ltd. is providing Business consultant services on the basis of planning & development. Generally, this program is divided into two sites: business planning before decision & business development after decision. This program encourages starting new businesses as well as facilitating various services as per need to the newly starting business organizational team through business planning. This program is not only supports to the newly starting business organizations but also supports to existing business organizations. Business development helps business organizations to improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems and development activities for improvement.

• BICE Club & Group: Here, BICE stands for Business Initiatives for Co-operational Entrepreneurship. So, BICE Club is specially targeted for Business planning & Business Group is specially targeted for Business development.
• Business Counseling & Guidance: This is the Business related consultant, which concern with business ideas & problems for improvement through providing various planning and development tools & techniques.
